Copper & Sage is a modern gastropub with Southern roots, tucked inside a beautifully restored 1940s brick home in the heart of Uptown Phoenix. Designed to feel both elevated and welcoming, the space weaves together deep navy paneling, custom brass lighting, and unique copper details that nod to Arizona’s namesake metal. Guests can enjoy the secluded patio or slip into The Blue Stave—a moody, Gatsby-inspired whiskey lounge with a glowing quartzite bartop and hidden private dining room. Every corner was thoughtfully considered to balance history with refined luxury, down to the local artwork and intimate layout.
